My garmin instinct 2s can’t sync in connect app with multiple phones

I bought a new instinct 2s and it just can’t synchronize with my iphone and also android phone even after updating the latest version 14.12, this garmin is new and i would like to know if there is common Bluetooth issue on this garmin model ( i restarted both the watch and the phone and i reset the watch but no change )

Personally, I do have my Instinct 2 paired with two phones, but always keep the BT enabled only on one of them at a time, and it works fine.
