my Garmin instinct solar 2 not connecting to IQ store please help

I did confirm that it is supposed to support the IQ store even with the solar version of the instinct Garmin can you please help

    This is the forum for Instinct Solar 1st generation, and that watch does not support the Connect IQ technology. Only Instinct 2 series (both solar and non-solar) are able to run CIQ apps. Look at the bottom side of your watch - if it looks like the following image (written Instinct), then you have a watch without the CIQ technology:

     

    If it looks like the next image (written Instinct 2), then you do have a CIQ capable watch:

    However, it is not the watch that connects to the Connect IQ store. You either have to use the phone app Garmin Connect IQ, or the web store + Garmin Express.

    Have you resolved your issue yet? Your Instinct 2 Solar software shows fully up to date. You should not have any issues using the Connect IQ APP or going to the official site, selecting what you want to add to your watch, then sync your watch or use Garmin Express on your computer to sync to your watch.
