Pulse Ox disappeared in Health Snapshot

Hi there,

I have a instinct 2s solar which I am pretty satisfied about. But now when I take a Health Snapshot I see that the Instinct doesn't record the pulse ox value (in the past it did!)

My pulse ox settings are "during sleep" only, as I always had. And I can take manual measurements.

Question is: is there any way to have back the pulse ox reading in the health snapshot?

    It still works all right for me, regardless of the PulseOx setting, no problem with the software. Make sure you stay still when measuring, verify the proper fit and position of the wrist band - tight enough to assure good contact with the skin and avoiding parasitic light noise, while not too tight (which would restrict the blood flow). The watch should be some 2-3 cm above the wrist bone. Tattoos, high tan, or peripheral vasoconstriction (either due to the cold, hypoxia, medicaments, or stress) may prevent the SpO₂ detection. Try soft-resetting or restarting your watch.
