Instinct 2x Temperature during pool swimming

Hi,

I noticed today that my Intinct 2x shows the temperature at a datafield when swimming in the pool but in the saved data of the activity the temperature seems not be recorded. Has anyone an idea how to get the data?

I asked this here before, I don't understand why Garmin made it impossible to track it. It used to work!

As a workaround you could use a Connect IQ Data Field app. You will certainly find some in the store. And I recommend requesting the temperature field from Garmin at Share Ideas | Garmin

The problem is not the data field. I have the field and it shows the temperature during the activity.

The problem is that I can not see the temperature afterwards in connect.

CIQ data field app can save the data to the FIT file and hence it is then displayed in Garmin Connect, either as a graph, or as a fixed value.

Got it and it works as a workaround. Thanks for your advice.

Nevertheless i hope that in the future the temperature will be recorded with pool swimming by default.
