Vibration issus on notifications (instinct 2X)

On certain notifications I have no vibration. I can see the notification if I look at the watch when it arrives.

The watch vibrates for most notifications but sometimes it does not vibrate...

The watch is not on do "not disturb" and is outside the sleep schedule.

Aside from a possible defect, the most logical explanation would be how your tones/vibrations are setup for the “type” of alerts you have:

Phone/Smart Notifications/General Use/Calls, Texts & Apps/Tone and Vib.

If these settings are to your liking, and it still don’t work, then wipe the watch and start fresh. If you’re still having issues, then contact support for a replacement.

Yes, my vibrations are configured the way I want them. I think it's a software problem because sometimes I have the vibration for the notification and sometimes for the same app the notification shows on the watch but the watch does not vibrate.
