My Instinct 2s always has "not enough data" under stress history under Training Readiness. Turning it off and on (top left button until it goes blank)does nothing. It's been like this since I installed beta 13.16 right after a reset. Each new beta does nothing. I'm on the latest OTA 13.21. A friend has had occasional trouble with her Forerunner 965 but it fixes itself by using that top left button. Mine does not. It also doesn't have the same number of Recovery hours on app and watch. That's also been the same since 13.16 through 13.21.
