How can I deleted a workout on my instinct2?

I have deleted a workout on the garmin connect app, but is still on my instinct 2. However I have synchonized it. Is there a way to deleted it? On the watch menus I cannot found a matter to do this.

    There are several ways:

    1. Open the workout in the respective activity menu: long-press the Menu button when on the right activity in the list of activities (after pressing the GPS button), then it is in Training » Workouts » 'your workout' » Delete

    2. Open the workout from the "Workouts" app (you may need to add it to the Activities list). Then you can delete it in similar way: My Workouts » 'your workout' » Delete

    3. Connect he watch over the USB cable to a computer, and delete the workout directly on the device's drive. It is in //GARMIN/Workouts

    Hello, unfortunately, the delete option was not present in the menu. I don't know why... But I tried also the point 3 and it has worked. Thank you!
