Nobody can tell you without seeing all the relevant data. Quite probably due to a long activity surpassing your training history, and your currently acquired fitness level.
First of all, I recommend reading the following article. It may perhaps help to see how the feature of Training Status works, and how it is calculated. If you have questions not answered there, do not hesitate to ask. Posting relevant info - screenshots fot the Training Status, Training Load, HR, links to activities,... etc would help giving you a more specific answer.

And what Lactate Threshold HR is shown on your watch? (User Profile » Heart Rate & Power Zones » Heart Rate » LTHR)
... also the Resting HR and Max HR values would be of interest.

Both, the LTHR as well as the Max HR are pretty high, so that alone should not be a problem. The problem might be perhaps that the reality is lower, or that the watch thinks that you are momentarily out of shape - for example detecting a too high HRV, or too fast respiratory rate during your workout, or because of insufficient training data collected till now.
I recommend doing first a true Max HR test (google it, or search on YouTube), setting it manually, and disabling the Max HR auto-detection. Once done, conduce the LT Self Guided Test (found in the Training menu of the Running activity profile). You'll need a HRM chest strap for that. A cheap one from a 3rd party should be sufficient, but I highly recommend getting the HRM-Pro, if you plan training seriously. You'll get much more accurate HR and HRV readings, and also a lot of other metrics (Running Dynamics, improved distance measuring, etc.).
Once the Max HR and LTHR are accurately established, reset the HR Zones and base them on the LTHR. I recommend keeping the LTHR auto-detetion on (unlike the Max HR auto-detection).
