Solar intensity not working

My solar intensity graph does not show anything. I’ve only noticed this lately. Could it be from the update?

Happened to me as well, watch restart solved it.

This happens to me every time I charge to 100% with USB— the solar just stops working until I restart the watch. About to make a post about it now to see if others are experiencing the same thing.…

I’ve left it in direct sunlight and it’s not charging either. I’ve not dropped the watch or damaged it in any way so hopefully it was due to the update….

Restarting meaning power off and power on? I did that but didn't fix the issue. I noticed that after the recent update.

Yeah, just turning it off and on again. It worked for me.

v14.12 software resolved the issue.
