I have an Instinct 2x and Edge 530. Physio TrueUp is enabled on both (I believe, since I can't find the option anymore neither under Edge nor 2x).
When I go out for a bike ride and leave my watch at home the heart rate for the time I was performing an activity doesn't get picked up by Instinct 2x. I'd expect that after a ride and syncing Edge and Instinct 2x (in this order) there should be no gap in the heart rate graph on 2x under Garmin Connect. Is my assumption correct? If not, what does the Physio TrueUp do exactly?
