GPS update to 6.70 but no corresponding Software update

Didn't pay attention to what I was updating but when I finished I only received the latest GPS version and not 13.18 (or 13.19 whichever it is).

Anyone else experience this?

It also seems telling that the rollout has paused at 30% for some time. Perhaps there is an issue.

Now that the v13.19 software release and GPS updating to v6.70 are both at 100% full release, everyone should be successful updating. If you do not receive both updates through your Connect Mobile APP…

Probably just the weekend. Connect to GE and try again.

Same thing happened to me, I thought I was getting the new 13.19 but after my watch rebooted it said the GPS was updated but the software version is still on 12.25.

I did the update via Garmin Connect

- In both instances, did you each see the new v13.19 software update show on your watch, prompt you to install it, then show the software installing until the end?

Please confirm the following:

- Go to your System > About menu and go down.

- What version does your Sensor Hub show and your GPS version?

My versions are identical to the above.

Unfortunately it was dark and my backlight was low so I only noticed an update prompt not the specific text

I saw it initiate the update (the update icon appeared) and I left it to it

Turned the watch off and on after about 20 mins.

Thank you. As soon as I know more, I will update this thread. It might take the update reaching 100% release before we learn what happens with your examples. I am hoping you will still receive the software update and the GPS update rolled out on its own. (Sensor Hub software does arrive on its own but in the past, I have seen it arrive 2nd vs. 1st.)

When you have the opportunity, please try the following:

- Plug your watch into your computer.

- Go into your Garmin > RemoteSW folder.

- If you have any files ending in .GCD, delete them.

- Sync your watch using your Connect Mobile APP.

- Or, sync using Garmin Express on your computer.

***Note: the software update might not arrive to your watch until the software update release reaches 100%.***
