Workout and lap button. Ideas for improvement.

Lap button implementation in workout is annoying.

I've used it twice so far. Only one of those times was intended, and then it didn't work as expected either.

Today I was following a workout and wanted to turn off the metronome, I pressed "back" ones too many which caused the workout to skip to the next stage, basically skipping half of my workout.

The other time I used it was when I did want to skip the reminder of a warm up and start a sprint step. Normally when a step is about to start I get a 5s count down, but when using the lap button it skips directly to the next step.

A big improvement would be to have the lap button have a confirmation prompt when using during a workout.

Or have the 5 second count down during which you could cancel and return to current step of the workout.

I read some other comment and saw it was suggested to use a different hot key for lap button. I think having a prompt in workout mode would be more convenient.

I'm planning to send a bug/improvement form.

I was wondering if any of the users of Instinct 2 had a similar experience. Any recommendations, solutions or ideas on how to improve this functionality?
