Yes. There are other threads that discuss the times customers are seeing using USB-C vs. USB but what you will typically notice is the charge being relatively quick to 80% then it will naturally slow down as it tops off to 100%.
Whether you prefer to use a fast charger, a computer USB port, or a lower wattage charger, your watch will be fine.
