I am sorry there is an issue. You should not have developed any type of issue after updating to the latest v12.26 software.

Please try the following:

Soft Reset: Hold down your top left power button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.

Reset to Default: Go to your System > Reset menu and reset your watch back to defaults.

If your issue continues, please either return your watch to the vendor if you just purchased it and if you are still within their return window. Otherwise, if outside of the return period, reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region to exchange your watch 1-for-1 for another new Instinct 2X of the same exact model.
