This issue still exists.
Charge watch via PC and HRV chart disappears for 1 or 2 days.
It still displays an overnight average so it appears that the HRV value is still sound but who knows.
On my watch problem come back, at this moment i dont have a hrv chart

If your HRV is missing, please try the following:
- Soft reset your watch by holding down your top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.
- Ensure your Connect Mobile APP is fully updated by checking your Google Play or Apple APP store.
If your issue continues and you see HRV on your watch but not on your Garmin Connect account, please highlight my name and send me a Private Message. Thank you!
You won't see whether it helped or not, before the next night is over. If the removing & re-adding helped, it only helps with the data collected since the moment you added the watch back again. Let us know tomorrow.
Hi Chris, thank you very much for your care. But the problem was really solved after midnight. Now I have tonight in GC and on the website. So hopefully it will last. The watch has a history of a week, on the website only tonight, but after a long time. So I hope it's OK, if not, I'll get back to you. Thank you very much and have a nice day.

It's been a week and I still didn't get any reply regarding this issue. I went through the steps described above and the hrv status came back for 4 days, however on Saturday, the problem came back again. The ability to measure the HRV was the main reason I decided to buy the watch in the first place. And I find it unacceptable, that something costing so much doesn't work as advertised or that the support ignores the issue completely.
