Instinct 2 solar got frozen at the end of the update

My insnct solar 2 got frozen at the end of update screen. Or should i wait more? To do anything?

pls help waiting for almost 2 hrs

Hold down top left button (CTRL) for up to 30 seconds. The watch will power down. Hold it again to turn the watch on. In my case the update continued installing and I had a success notification.

This happened to me today while diving on my descent G1. Very weird, I managed to turn it off and it came back, but it’s really disturbing when you have to constantly be checking your depth and NDL… I hope I doesn’t happen again…
