No sound from Instinct2

I cannot get my Instinct2 to make any sound on alarms or notifications. I have enabled the sound on the watch options, but can hear nothing. It vibrates and there is possibly a very, very small sound, but nothing you could hear. Are there any other options

    I am sorry there is an issue. If you are certain you have gone through all Sound settings and there is no 'tone' heard what-so-ever, try a full reset in your System > Reset menu. If still nothing for sound, please return it back to exchange it with the vendor. My sincere apologies for the bad luck with your new watch. The cause is possibly internal soldering causing the hardware issue for there to be no tone sounds.
