How to fully use my new watch?

Got a Instinct 2x in the post, an upgrade from my original Instinct. I want to use it to the fullest to track my health, workouts and hikes. Please help me organize what I can do with my watch.

- I'm very familiar with tracking my hiking.

- workouts should be the same right? Just activate relevant activity.

- I believe sleep tracking is automatic, or are there any extra options to change?

- How does body battery work?

- How does "workout readiness" work?

- What are the benefits and how do I use VO2max?

Any insight in to all those telemetrics is much appreciated.
