Instinct CrossOver Garmin Pay issue

Hi,

I just received my instinct CrossOver Solar Tidal blue software 3.9 => what a nice watch i really like it !!!

I'm a pretty old Garmin user it's my third one and the second one with Garmin pay.

I'm not able to activate my credit card on the instinct cross over it's the same one that perfectly work on my venu 2, i can run trough the garmin pay association process without any error on Garmin connect => all notifications are ok but on the watch it self "empty wallet" or "portefeuille vide" in my local language :) 

Everything seems ok in Garmin connect and the credit card is activated on the device 

I already try the following manipulation :

  • Restart watch and android and sync again => empty wallet
  • Change Wallet PIN CODE => empty wallet
  • Remove all cards from all my Garmin devices / reboot watch and android / setup again only one card (the one who work every day on my venu 2) on the crossover => empty wallet (stil no error message everything seems ok from Garmin connect)
  • Remove my watch from my Garmin account /unpair bluetooth / reboot watch and android / garmin pay setup => empty wallet (still no Garmin connect error)

Can somebody help me ?
