HRV status shown on watch but not on Connect app?

From the article HRV Status on Compatible Garmin Watches | Garmin Customer Support: 

The watch requires three weeks of consistent sleep data to establish your normal baseline range

So if you do not see the HRV Status after three weeks wearing the watch, it may mean for example that you do not (always) wear the watch when sleeping, or it is too loose to measure the HRV, or you have the Battery Saver mode enabled during sleep. Or some sleep disorder might perhaps also be at the root of the problem.

Thanks but no, I don’t think it’s HRV measuring issue, because after over 3 weeks wearing since last time I reset the watch, the watch has HRV displayed normally now, it has 7 days HRV curve, last night HRV and etc. But check in the Garmin connect, there is nothing 

If the HRV Status shows up on the device, and it is available neither in the Garmin Connect app, nor in Garmin Connect Web, then try following the instructions in the hint #4 of the Troubleshooting guide for (some) data missing after syncing

Thanks, I tried step by step, however, I could manually upload the .fit file in HRVstatus folder via Garmin Connect webpage, and it showed HRV in both Garmin connect app and webpage, but after one night when another day's HRV file created, it still cannot sync via GCA or Garmin Express.

I have done ereasing the device as a clean reset, now HRV data is all gone, even I manually put back the .fit files into HRVstatus folder, I cannot check HRV status on the watch.

Let me check after another 3 weeks...

My APCP version got same issue, and I contacted the service team, they said wait for the update

Same here - was told this is to be resolved in the next APAC update end Jan. Will have to wait and see.

Thanks to Garmin, HRV sync issue is resolved in 10.10 update.

BTW, there are much many issues listed in the log than I thought, hope they are really fiexed permanently. Happy day!
