Instinct Crossover - Alarms cause all Connect IQ watch faces to crash

Repro:

- install some third party watch faces on the Crossover (like Glance Instinct, Instinct Pro, Infogram)

- set an alarm

- after alarm goes off, dismiss it

- the third party WF is no longer the current WF and one of the default Garmin WF has replaced it

- try to set the current WF to one of the third party WFs but they all show IQ! "crash" symbol when you scroll through the available WFs

The user must turn off and turn on the watch to clear the issue.

Yes, I have observed the same behavior. The developer of the Glance Instinct watch face advised me that Garmin have been made aware of the problem, but it never hurts to get some additional eyes on the problem here in the forums.

This issue is resolved with the v11.18 software update.

FYI, the new Software Version 3.11 pushed to the Crossover today does not solve this issue:

In all fairness, there was no Change Log published for this update, so it probably has nothing to do with our issue in this thread.

Thank you for your efforts to get the issue known. The bug will not need to be upvoted or reported elsewhere. We have been able to replicate the issue on our end and the issue is escalated to our Instinct engineering team to resolve as soon as possible.
