My Instinct 2 Solar sometimes has continuous (non-stop) vibrating.

My Instinct 2 Solar sometimes has continuous vibrating. Meaning, I will get a notification, and when it is supposed to be a short vibration alert, instead my watch will vibrate non-stop. So far, the only way to make it stop vibrating is by turning it off and back on. My first thought would have been that I have a faulty watch, but I actually had the Instinct 2 before switching to the solar version. I had this exact same thing happen to the Instinct 2. Does anyone have any ideas as to what the problem is?

I had the same issue the other day after having paid using Suica (IC card in Japan) on the I2. Never had this before firmware 8.64.

This happened to me too but only once, I think it was 2 updates before 8.64 but never happened since then. Also I think when I waited a little bit longer, it unbugged itself.

It happened to me once, when saving an activity. I had to reset the watch because it wouldn't respond to anything else. OK since then.

Just to throw my hat in the ring here it also happens on my instinct 2 solar, usually when I receive more than 1 notification at once. It's as if the motor is told to start but misses the command to stop as the next one comes in.

Just happened to me after about two weeks using the watch. I'm also on the latest update 8.64.

I am having this bug too. I was in the middle of a "walk" activity and my move goal for stairs climbed came up. It vibrated, then continually vibrated continually. It only stopped whenever I got back in range of my phone and BT connected again.

Anyone who has this issue, turn your BT connection notifications ON. Then, when it vibrates non stop again, turn BT off while your watch is vibrated, then turn BT back on, it should stop.

It happened to me once, on Instinct 2 (non-solar) with System Software 9.23. I received a Whatsapp notification (a link), the buzzing started and continued for about a minute. I didn't turn the watch off but I think I turned the bluetooth off and on again (disconnect and reconnect the phone, in the control menu).
