Stress level doesn't seem right

The stress level on my watch does not seem correct. How could it possibly be at 0? If it does fluctuate, it might go up to 5 at most. On other Garmins I've owned including Venu 2 I've never seen it this low...it was usually in the 20's to 40's or higher if working out.

Did you already try soft-resetting, or at least restarting the watch? If not, try it, it might help.

I've updated to version 8.07 and restarted the watch 5 times. The stress level briefly went to 20 but then goes back down to 0 to 5. The stress levels seem wildly off compared to other Garmin's.

You seem to have a relatively narrow wrist - are you sure no light penetrates under the watch, influencing so the optical sensors? Is the wristband tight enough, though not too tight either?

Yeah...I have a smaller wrist. The watch is quite snug though. I've had larger Garmins like the fenix 6 with no issues.
