Frankly, I don't see this as a big deal. I turn off the notifications in the GC app that I don't want sent to the watch which limits the amount of buzzing. You can send your idea to Garmin:
Like any other watch, you just see any notification from allowed apps on your phone. Constant talk icon in android 12 is a notification, but displayed on desktop instead on status bar, so it is forwarded to watch.
