Different problem. If you've got data on the watch then clearly the watch is recording sleep data. The OP's watch wasn't recording sleep data.

You need to work out why the data is not transferring…

This is exactly the problem I am having also. Did you ever get this resolved? Battery saver is not on, I suspect I paused a breathwork activity. I just can't seem to access activities with the gps off…

Had the same issue on a friends Instinct 2S... reset was NOT needed. We remove the watch from Garmin iQ then added it back... Boom! Sleep worked perfectly. NOTE: if you do that and use Garmin pay reset you PIN, for us Garmin Pay worked but didn't required the previously used PIN.
