the green light is still active with the battery saver mode

hello

1st of all, when i remove my watch from my wrist the green light stops, which is the correct behavior, my topic is about the green light when i wear the watch.

i have activated the battery saver mode and checked that the "wrist heart rate" option of the battery save mode (edit option) is set to "off" but the green light continues to be active..

it should or not?

Correct. The Green LED lights will briefly be on, I have confirmed this on my own Instinct 2 Solar. However, they should not remain on indefinitely. If your OHR sensor green LED lights are always on when not wearing your watch, please reach out to Outdoor Product Support in your region.

the problem is not that i don't want to wait, i want to wait, but after 30 days i can't return the watch to the shop.

and i dont think the next firmware will be out before this time limit.

anyway , i have contacted product support in my region, i phoned them (because they wrote me to phone...) and the guy at the phone told me that i can switch off the green light with the Sensors & Accessories > Wrist Heart Rate parameter. I told him that yes it works BUT it should be also disabled with the battery saver mode, but for him the manual only describes to disable the wrist heart rate parameter...

(have you checked the video link i have added, to see what i mean?)

as i said in one of my answers, if i take off the watch then the green light stops

it doesnt indicates values (no graphic line), there is the message "battery saver enabled"

Yes. Same thing and when I look under watch on my wrist in Battery save mode the green light flashing

i am sure that more people than us (you, mattjevans and me) have the same issue but either can deal with it or simply don't know they have it because have not tested it yet.

we just received a faulty watch.
