Connect IQ says, I have to update my software first, but there is no update available.

Try garmin.watchfacebuilder.com you can Download a finished one or make one yourself. Copy the downloaded File to the Garmin/Apps/ folder after xonnecting the Devise via USB (mtp / File Transfer mode If asked)

I have sent you a Private Message to work with you directly. When you are sign-in to our forums, check the top right next to the Notifications lightning bolt icon.

I just tried to install the Retro watchface from the IQ store here and I got te same info, that I need to update. 

Running 3.11 on the 2x.

I thought it was the watchface issue, but I guess not really. 

.Please post a solution.

I just sent you a Private Message to help you resolve the issue. When you are sign-in to our forums, check the top right corner to the right of the Notifications lightning bolt icon for your PM folder.

I show your Instinct 2X Solar watch software is fully updated to v3.11 software.

- Double check your watch System > About menu. It should say v3.11.

- Ensure your Connect IQ and Garmin Connect Mobile APP are fully updated through your Google Play or Apple APP store.

- Soft reset your watch by holding down the top left button until your watch shuts off then let go of the button.

- If you have any further issues, also sync your watch through Garmin Express on your computer.

Since our backend already shows your watch is fully updated, you should be able to use either the Connect IQ APP or the Connect IQ website then use Garmin Express to download to your watch.
