It's interesting to me, too. I'm not going to buy the Vivoactive 6, already having a Venu 3 and the Fanix 8, but I hope that at least on the current top of the range they want to put the smart alarm of the latest model in order of time.
I was asking for this feature for years, and now when I migrated from Vivoactive to Fenix they finally added it there, what an irony :) I guess Garmin is testing to see how it would perform and if it works well Fenix would get it at some point, not necessarily Fenix 8 though...
