After installing 23.18 Update - Cannot Authenticate Maps. Cannot Unlock Maps

After installing the 23.18 Update, my Fenix 7X prompted me "Cannot authenticate maps. Contact the map content seller for help." After powering the watch off and back on, it seemed to boot up successfully (did not repeat the error that time). However, just to be safe, I decided to power it off and back on again. Now, on each power cycle it gives both the initial "Cannot authenticate maps. Contact the map content seller for help." along with a follow-up "Cannot Unlock Maps"

I do not have any "extra" maps installed on the watch. Guess my next test is to try using Garmin Express to remove the TopoActive maps, reboot again, and re-install them.Image of watch showing error - Cannot authenticate maps.
