Fenix 7 no bluetooth connection for weeks

Contact Customer Support directly; this is primarily a user forum. Maybe they are waiting to be told directly and explicitly that you personally have a problem. 

Trying to solve similar issue for my friend and found out that blootooth connection issues with Garmin Connect (GC) are reported mainly by Xiaomi (Redmi) phones users. Try to check the GC settngs (running on background permission, bluetooth permissiosn, battery saving options etc.).

In my case, GC uninstall, and re-installing with new granting all the permission required by the GC solved the problem.
