The same problem me too. Garmin probably uses an accelerometer in addition to satellites.Because when I walk, it measures exactly 400 meters. When I run, it measures 500-600 meters. Something is happening…
I have recalibrated several times successfully. I deleted the files from the PC, because restoring the original settings does not work. another garmin mistake and this one.
I use automatic+multi and i wait enough

Try "all sats + multiband"
BTW, when doing the calibration run, did you enter the Lane #1 in the parameters before starting the calibration, and then really used only lane #1 all the time for all four calibration laps? Did you run slightly more than the four laps?
The following document describes in details the calibration process. It worked for me.

... ah, I just looked again at the calibration activity. In fact you did not even run 4 full laps! You only completed three of them - 1200 m, although the watch reported 1300 m for some reason. You have to run minimally four full laps (+ a few meters more (not sure how many, but I usually just continue running minimally 20-50 m more). Hence minimally some 1620 m.
Before starting, select Lane #1 (or whatever lane you are going to use), and then stay in the same lane all the time during the calibration. Use the option "all sats + multiband" and "every second recording" mode. Before starting, and while already having the GPS locked, wait minimally 5 to 10 minutes before you actually start. Run in a steady regular tempo, better slow than fast. Swing the arms naturally. In your place I would not start the run in the curve, but rather somewhere in the middle of the straight part of the oval.
If you have a Garmin HRM chest strap with an accelerometer (HRM-Pro, HRM-Fit, HRM 600), use it, and make sure the option "Indoors only" is used for the distance and pace estimation, in the HRM settings. It is much more accurate than the watch alone, although the HRM has to be already properly calibrated with some outdoor runs under good GPS conditions.
