21.19 generates a lot of connected/disconnect messages on my Fenix 7 Pro SS

I moved from 15.77 to 21.19 and ran into this issue. This is with an iPhone 13 mini.

A workaround is to disable the connection but then I don't get notifications.

You could just deactivate the connection alert. (settings - connectivity - phome - alerts)

As far as I know you still get all the notifications it just doesn't warn you when your is connected / disconnected.

Thanks. I have that set now. It's possible the default changed. My watch is usually quite far from my phone and getting unnecessary messages was annoying.
