Firmware 21.19 : sleep analyse and body are not working anymore…

Since the upgrade, I have no more sleep data and my body indicator is frozen at 5.
also, in the morning, I don’t have the morning recap / summary I use to have with sleep data, body index, training proposal of the day etc…

Its quite a regretful regression (again if I so dare to write)

I've got no issues with 21.19 on my Fenix 7. All sleep and body battery tracking has been fine. This may point to something specific about your watch/configuration that is causing the problem.

Nobody posts to say that their watch is working perfectly well, so you're not getting a truly representative criss-section of users. I had the "random reboot while navigating" error a couple of times but…

Also, after an activity, when I request to save it, the watch restarts several times before it’s saved and I don’t get the recap… (but ultimately, happily enough, I can still review it afterwards on the app…)

Hi,

BUT, i want to ask another question. I want to ask, if i miss something BIG feature still being on fw 17.28 ?

Now everything works, after more that 2 years - long battery life, everyday training succesfully synced and GPS accurate.... so no downsides.

WHY i need to update fw?

Hello, I had the same issue 2 weeks ago. The watch crashed at the end of an activity, and after rebooting it was not updating the training load, body battery, not detecting sleep and HRV.

I did a reset to factory settings without deleting the activities, loaded the last save, the watch re calculated and updated everything and has been working fine since. I did not lose any data or settings, just had to reset Garmin pay and the wifi.
