I have problem with connection PC windows 10 version 1809 to my Fenix 7x Sapphire Solar. System doesn't watch usb connection. May be problem in version Windows? Help me.
I do not think the Windows version is a problem. I would try connecting the watch to another PC, and if it has problems to detect the watch too, then I would clean the contacts on the watch and on the cable, or try a new cable instead.
