Can you elaborate what you mean by interactive? Also are we talking about a standard watch face, or a CIQ one?
Are the complications not working, i.e.when you touch and hold your recovery time, it doesn't open the recovery time widget? Or is the watchface not updating metrics it is displaying in real time, e.g. step counts?
For the former, I would double check you have touch enabled. The latter could possibly be due to power savings mode being enabled maybe?
