Breathing Variations doesn't work F7pro 21.19

After the update the new function worked only one night. In the following nights I get the message that: no data... to get data keep the heart rate option turned on during sleep.

According to the instructions, I turned on the pulse oximeter for the night. However, I go to sleep later than the sleep schedule.

Could that be the reason for the issue?

All other sleep data, including oxygen saturation, is in the sleep report.

  • Since I installed the new beta firmware I'm getting breathing variations consistently and also there's a fix in breathing variations graph on the watch.

  • Soft reset doesn't help. measurement is still random. waiting for soft 22.03

  • Since I installed the new beta firmware I'm getting breathing variations consistently

That's what I hoped for since I think that the underlying problem is a minor one. I tested the system on 21.19 against a professional sleep monitor and found that the message "no data" seemingly indicating an error in measurement always came up after a night with no breath variations at all. If there were any if even very few there was a result like "minimal" shown. The result - if shown - matched the findings of the professional sleep monitor which is impressive.

So the feature was already working, the remaining task was to determine whether there is no data b/o a measurement error or just b/o no variations were there. I think that's one of the easier bugs to fix and since I know now I already consider it working.

Those of you with the most error messages, you are probably the most healthiest. Yum

  • My BV tracking seems to be very intermittent. Last night was another with "No breathing variations data". That's the 5th time this month (June) so it's not much better than 50%. TBH I'm not sure what it's telling me anyway as even when it's tracking, I only ever see "Minimal".
