That depends on the legislation of the country where you live. In the Netherlands, for example, a legal warranty of 2 years applies for all products.

Garmin's latest response is that the titanium strap is a "consumable" item and only has a 6-month warranty :-(

My 2018 titanium band came with my Fenix 5 Pro in 2018 and I've been using it since. It may not be the exact same band as the one you have, though, as they bands were $250 back then. I did buy a set of watch tools kit and the kit came with a bunch of locking pins of different sizes and would just use one of them if I had an issue on my band.
That said, I noticed that Abenen sells a titanium band for $39 and I like their nylon bands so I would buy one of those if I needed a replacement.
