Huge spike in race predictor estimates after 21.19 update

Same here and I've not run for the last two weeks due to an injury. All distances are up, but still far below to what I have done recently, but I'm not running at the moment so it may make sense.

Honestly I find them pretty more accurate now. LT pace detected by Garmin went from 3:32/km (extremely unrealistic) to 3:48"/km, which is very close to the field tests and VDOT predictor.

I think they updated the detection algorithm too.

I did the 21.19 upgrade last night and noticed a slight uptick in the graph for my 5k, 10k and HM times.

I'm off out for a run now so will check it again on my return.
