We have fully released System Software 21.19.

    This release broke my entire experience. I have lost my watch face, my battery is draining at a 3x rate. How do I roll it back?

    This update broke my entire experience.  I lost my watch face, the battery drains at a 3x rate. I can’t use connectIQ to fix it as it keeps saying my watch needs to be updated. I’m stuck. Please roll it back

    Beside resetting my watchface, it also wiped my "OTP Authenticator" App. That means, restoring all my 2-factor authentications from scratch.

    Luckily, I am home; had I been on a business trip, it would have been a major inconvenience.

    You can add "Various bugs and Deteriorations" to the list above.

    I'm a Connect IQ developer and I have been receiving hundrets of complaints about lost watch faces during the last 3 days. Not funny!

    Garmin, since you are now also selling Connect IQ watch faces you should start caring about those in your firmware updates.

    The volume control when playing music is now ruined as well. The round indicator does not change position, and the sound does not go above a certain level. In loud places, you can barely hear what is playing.

    here are new issues that appeared after the latest update on my tactix 7:


    - battery drainage (now it kinda 2 days a day)

    - HR sensor was turned off after the update. Expected: HR is turned on as configured

    - start\stop button lights up the display at a 100% level. Expected - 5% as configured

    - turn ON the sleep mode outside the sleep hours, press start stop button - shows a regular watchface, exits the sleep mode. expected: shows a prompt whether to exit the sleep mode or not

    - turn OFF the sleep mode when whithin the sleep hours. Actual: sleep mode activates in a while/ Expected: sleep mode not activating itself if turned off

    - Open Settings - >  Format Actual: All the units and preferences areset to default values. Expected: All values are same as I configured.

    - Long press Menu button - Clocks > Back Button. Actual: The watchface is shown. Expected: The previous menu is shown

    - Long press Menu button - Watch Face > Back Button. Actual: The watchface is shown. Expected: The previous menu is shown

    - I ran 4 km, was running with my wife, she has a venu sq2. Satelites mode is set to All. The watch shows I ran 5 km. 

    -  Daily naps are no longer automatically detected. Since 20.22

    - Strobe - Choose Any mode that is not a default one. Turn off the strobe and exit the menu. Open Strobe Again. Actual: A Blink mode is shown. Expected: a mode that i previously used is shown. Since 17.xx or earlier

    - Logs floors climbed when I drive a car. Since 17.xx or earlier

    - you name it

    Garmin, please consider creating a beta for tactix users if you experience lack of QA engineers. OR, please give me my 17.28 and I will stop bothering you and myself. I am with Garmin since the Fenix\Tactix (fenix 1) and what is happening with your software is really sad. 

    Please do consider adding an option to rollback software for tactix users.
