Not sure what you mean by "Track Laps," as there is nothing specifically called that. Do you mean "Laps" during a Track Run activity where the data screen shows time and meters for the lap you're on? If so, this is only available on the Track Run activity profile.
There are a variety of data fields related to laps in other activities, so there might be something you can use that is close to the Laps screen available during a Track Run.
