If the headphones used have an additional footpod/Accelerometer sensor feature, ensure it is not paired as a footpod. (Look for "FP" in the sensor details of the paired headphones) Specific to Jabra headphones, we have this; Audio Cuts Out When Using My Jabra Headphones With My Garmin Music Watch  

Some customers have experienced an improvement to reception by turning the bluetooth off on their phones. While we know this is not an ideal experience, knowing if this works to improve the connectivity will help us to better understand the issue.

If you have tried these steps, and are still having trouble with the Bluetooth audio, Our engineers are investigating concerns with Bluetooth audio. For this, first and foremost, they recommend having the software up to date on the latest SW version 20.22. You can update this using Garmin Express.
