I've had issues with the HR sensor not working correctly for about a month now. It is always between 10-20bpm lower than what my actual HR is during all my cardio workouts. For context, I've been using hr monitors for many years and I train about 30hrs a week. I can tell what my HR is without looking at any device and had no change of lifestyle or other variables that could possibly affect my trends. Also, when I wear another hr reading device at the same time or check on the machine's hr sensor at the gym, it always confirms the discrepancy. I've tried all the suggested methods under the sun (wearing it higher on the wrist, hard reset - multiple times - did the software upgrades, etc.). It is still not syncing properly during all my cardio workouts. At times, there is a spark and it detects the proper reading for a min or two, then goes back to 10-20bmp lower. I live at high altitude in CO and read about EFMs potentially sending interferences. That's the only thing I can think of at this point. I'd love to get some tips on how to solve this issue and get better data. Thanks in advance for anyone who might be able to provide some pointers!
