I am sorry to hear you are having this issue. If the watch is rebooting, I would first recommend trying to powercycle the watch. If you are able, I would also recommend trying to reinstall the software with these steps: 

1. Hold the Menu button
2. Select System
3. Select About
4. Press the Light button roughly 8 times
5. Select Reinstall software

if the issue persists, I would recommend trying a factory reset with these steps: 

1. Ensure the watch is powered off.
   • You may need to hold LIGHTfor up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.
2. Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.
3. Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.
4. After the first beep release START/STOP.
5. After the second beep release the remaining button.
