Fenix 7 pro won't turn after update 20.22

Hi

My watch self updated yesterday. Was working fine for a day byt then turned off 4 hours ago and won't turn on.

Screen will come back alive if I can connect it to a computer, and garmin express will see it, once I dosconnect the cable screen goes black. 

I tried to restore it to a previous version but it doesn't help.

I tried all usual steps with holding buttons etc, none of them work. Tried hard reset also , but won't work

Any ideas?

  • Ciao, se può essere utile, ho avuto un esperienza simile ad inizio mese: Fenix 7 standard, dopo una sessione di allenamento (Trail), con installato il FW 17.28 (visto tutti i vari bug delle versioni successive) l'orologio si è spento e non è più ripartito, neanche attaccandolo al PC o alla presa elettrica.

    Contattato l'assistenza e spiegato il problema, mi hanno fatto un buon prezzo per riacquistarne uno nuovo (sempre F7 standard), non essendo in garanzia, poiché non ritenevano conveniente la riparazione.

    This reset will clear all settings, user profile, records, activity history, Connect IQ content, and other data.

    It is recommended to read the steps in full below before performing them.

    1. Ensure the watch is powered off.

      • You may need to hold LIGHT for up to 30 seconds to turn the watch off.

    2. Press and hold BACK and START/STOP.

    3. Press LIGHT to power the watch on while holding these two buttons.

    4. After the first beep release START/STOP.

    5. After the second beep release the remaining buttons.
