Can anyone confirm the battery and pairing problem of 20.16 are fixed in 20.22?

I reverted back to 19.41 as 20.16 brought my battery life down the drain and prevented me from pairing my HRM pro.

Can anyone confirm it's been fixed and tell what new bug has been brought with 20.22 ?

I always find the battery drains quicker following a firmware update, so do a full hard power off and back on, along with a full charge.

20.22 has fixed the external sensor pairing problem as well for me, just updated and been out for a run. No issues observed with the new version for my use case.

i did that but didnt work.

what happened is when i was on 19.41, my battery estimate at 100% was 18 days, then right after updating to 20.16 the estimate at 100% went to 16 days with no settings changed. I did the reset, and even factory reset but didnt work so i went back to 19.41

Mine is currently charging, and it's on 19d @ 94%

7 Pro. It’s always shown 20 days at 100% and I’ve had it 18 months now.

oh i'm curious to know your settings, mine always showed 18 days with wrist gestures on, 4s backlight delay, no pulse ox

And display brightness ? Turn it down.

Well I had major battery issues with every 19.x version and 20.16 .....but to be honest so far 20.22 seems to have improved it a lot for me. I am keeping my fingers crossed and wait and see if it is not just an optical illusion but I am back to "1 day" of battery depletion per actual day instead of "2 days" per 24 hours. It's been 2-3 days since my last recharge and I am now at 28 days remaining on my 7X SS. I did do a soft reset after updating.
