Overly precise Turn-by-turn guidance on Fenix 7S

Hello,
I'm having an issue with my Fenix 7S on version 20.16. For some time now, when I follow a route created on Garmin Connect with "Turn-by-turn" navigation, the directions are very (too) precise. For example, it says "Turn left in 1.126 km" instead of just "1 km". There's no rounding anymore; I consistently get 3 decimal places.
When running, it's not very practical to focus on this kind of distance.
What could be causing this problem?

On my F7Xss system 20.22 it is the same.
