Epix pro not pairing with hrm pro plus after 20.16 software update

After the latest software update 20.16 ,my epix pro gen 2 is not pairing to the hrm pro plus anymore. Every time I start an activity like running I have to go into the watch settings and connect the hrm pro plus chest strap. Please fix this. Thank you

Having the exactly same issue here, have tried removing the HRM PRO+ and adding it again several times, so please Garmin please do not just advise doing this as it doesn't work! We are missing important…

Great news is 20.22 has cured the issue with the sensors and HRM PRO+, my speed is now correct as it was reporting 2.5 minutes slower per kilometre than I actually run, my pulse is reporting much lower…

you can update to 21.22 in my case it worked

Many thanks for your reply, have just checked, and the latest update is still only 20.16 for the epix pro, not sure if the update you mention is one available outside the UK?

Thank you so much, 20.22 is now installing on Epix Pro, this apparently resolves sensor issues, will report back after long run later
