Fenix 7s Pro Sapphire Solar Constantly connecting and disconnecting after 20.16 update. worked fine before. Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Have tried resetting the clock and phone.
Re-paired several times. Updated phone to latest version. no change.

I'm so happy to didn't upgrade to 20.16. Garmin, WAKE UP !!! If you continue like that, Garmin is ended before 2030 ! each new firmware arrived with new bugs, crash, and less autonomy....

Oh, interesting, I'm actually having the same with my S23U and F7X (non-pro) on v20.16. I thought at first it was due to the phone being busy but this post indicates otherwise

f you have a Samsung, you need to go to the menu lock screen and AOD ,Extend Unlock.And delete all devices from there. I suffered with this for six months. When I deleted all devices from there, everything became fine.

Or just reset the network settings on your phone.

In this case, there is a conflict of devices. Garmin is not to blame here.

i noticed the exact same behaviour on 20.22. friday i had to re pair my watch as rebooting both watch and phone didnt work. It was after it lost connection while i was swimming. WTF is wrong with garmin, have they always been this bad at software or have they changed the way they work since a few month/year? (like, maybe they got rid of devs in house, to outsource to india or something? we see the result at ADOBE, it's not a good idea :-D )
