I have. For me, the long runs weren't long enough, and the overall volume of the training wasn't enough. I had to add on a lot of kms each week, and increase the long run distance.
I ran a 3:33 marathon using it. I've since run a 3:22 marathon using the Pfitzinger 12/55 plan.
My goal is 3:55
So maybe this plan in Run Coach will be enough. :-/
I'm about to complete the 3rd marathon prep work but using the daily suggested workouts (DSW) for running. Once I put the main race event in the calendar (Run Rome The Marathon in 2 weeks & 2 days) it gave me workout suggestions. From my point of view the advantage using DSW is that it takes into account your health metrics and makes adjustments on the go. User can also indicate which day would be the day for long runs.
