HRV, RMSSD or SDRR measurement ?

This cannot be found anywhere at Garmin.
I was startled by the low HRV values, but if this is based on RMSSD, then it's a bit less concerning.

During a health snapshot, you indeed see both values.

At least for me, this is not a surprise (in terms of health, everything is fine for me), so I worry more about the trend without paying much attention to the absolute (low) values. Also, I trust the measurements taken in the morning upon waking (with a specific app and protocol) more than the HRV results during sleep.

My HRV varies quite a bit when I look back over the long term.
